Having had trouble with my Nissan Micra at a previous repairer, I contacted Parkway Prestige, a Nissan approved accident repair centre. What a difference I found. A spacious car park and excellent reception area, with smart welcoming staff. I was made a coffee whilst I waited. The Assessor was attentive and helpful and took photos of the damage. The estimate was emailed and followed up by a paper copy in the post. There was an offer to collect my car from home and to deliver a courtesy car if required. I will definitely be using Parkway in the future.

The service offered by Parkway Prestige was professional from obtaining a quotation to having the work carried out. The staff were pleasant to deal with and made us welcome. The body shop manager suggested the repair could be completed within a two day period which it was. When we came to collect the car we were extremely pleased with the work done and our car was back to looking new again as though nothing had been done.
